Bloor Street United Church is governed by a Church Council elected by the congregation.

The council consists of the Chair, Past-Chair, Secretary, ministers (as non-voting members), committee chairs and three members-at-large.On this page, you can find the name and contact information for the members of Council. Many committees have their own web pages, which you can access here as well.

Here at Bloor Street, we believe that the congregation should have access to the key documents we use to administer the church from year to year. As a result, each year we post the budgets for the church and its committees, as well as the congregational reports about the activities of the church and its committees. These documents are handed out for our annual congregational meetings. Now they can be accessed any time.
