Volunteering
at Bloor Street
Bloor Street greatly relies on its volunteers to help make the church function and to create a friendly and caring atmosphere. Volunteering has a two-fold benefit. It is a wonderful way to meet people and to feel part of the congregation. As well, it is a rewarding way to help others.
There are several places to start.
- set up and serve coffee after the Sunday service.
- set up and help prepare congregational lunches or dinners.
- serve at the Wednesday afternoon Community Cafe.
- greet at Sunday services.
- join an interest group.
- help with an event.
- join a committee.
