Event Description
All are welcome to join in the book club discussion of Barbara Mitchell’s novel, “Mapmaker: Philip Turnor in Ruperts Land in the Age of Enlightenment”. Accompanied by his Cree wife and Cree guides, Turnor travels 15,000 miles between 1778 and 1792 to make the first maps of the north lands of Canada.
