Though it was started for seniors, folks of all ages are welcome to join in on chair yoga! The instructor will be using a very basic level of simple stretches.
Join in every Monday and Wednesday morning at 11:00 am via Zoom by clicking on this link. After you open Zoom you have to enter passcode “chair” to get in.
